RESOLUTION #P.C. 16-88 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
SQUIRE GLENN ESTATES
w#~FAEl, A preliminary plat was submitted on January 15,
1988 for a 19 lot subdivision known as Squire Glenn Estates in
the SW 114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the road layout for
entrances and exits onto Bay Lane at their meeting February 2,
1988, and
WHEREAS, The objecting and approving authorities certified
no objection, and
WHEREAS, It has been recommended that the Public Works
Committee react to a proposal of a 5 foot additional asphalted
area along Bay Lane for a bike path after the installation of
sewer and water.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 19 lot subdivision of Squire Glenn Estates being the first
phase of the subdivision abutting Bay Lane and recommends
approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Bay Lane be upgraded with a
road width that would be equal to or greater than a collector
street status.
