FOR LOT 15, BLOCK 10 MUSKEGO SHORES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, It has been requested of the Common Council for
legal lot status on lot 15, block 10 Muskego Shores Subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, This lot is zoned RS3/0ED and
WHEREAS, The lot seeking legal lot status has an
approximate average width of 65’, 87% of the required 75’ and a
approximate lot area of 6,621 square feet 59% of the required
11,250 square feet and
WHEREAS, The lot has a sewer lateral.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends /P$h VffL to the Common Council of legal
approval/disapproval
lot status for lot 10, block 15 Muskego Shores Subdivsion.
