APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION WAUER - NE 114 SECTION 16
WEREAS, It is proposed to divide two parcels of land for
development in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 has 34,000 square feet and parcel 2 has
43,000 square feet, and
WHEREAS, Both parcels conform to this RS2 zone district,
and
WHEREAS, The topography indicates that a small portion of
lot 2 would be in the flood hazard area, and
WHEREAS, The existing lots abut Riese Drive extended by 30
feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for Carl Wauer in the NE 1/4 Section 16 and would be
receptive to a certified survey map.
