APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN
LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING CENTER - NW 114 SECTION 1
mERus, Lincoln Point Shopping Center has submitted a site
plan showing the proposed area, location of buildings, and
parking areas to be developed, and
WHEREAS, The plan does not include the lighting, signage,
and type of landscaping which will be approved at a later date,
and
WHEREAS, The elevation for out building D is not shown.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the site plan as submitted conditioned upon approval of the
lighting, signage, type of landscaping and elevation plan for out
building D to be submitted at a later date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That out building D is designated
as a future professional building.

SHOPPING CENTER-NW 1/4 SECTION 1
WHEREAS, A site plan was approved in P.C. 18-88 on February
2, 1988 for Lincoln Point Shopping Center showing the location of
buildings and parking areas to be developed, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to construct a drive-thru and
canopy to be located in the space indicated previously for
Building D on the original site plan submitted in 1988, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the site plan submitted for the drive-thru and canopy to be
located in the space indicated previously for Building D.
