ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MACIOSFXS - S76 W12533 MCSHANE DRIVE
WHEREAS, George Macioseks, Sr., S76 W12533 McShane Drive
has requested permission to construct a 40' x 40' pole type
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing 26' X 36' garage structure
currently on the property, and
WHEREAS, This building will encompass 18' of the second
garage structure and be less than the 1% allowable on this
approximate 4 acre parcel, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of George Macioseks, Sr. to construct a 40' x 40'
pole barn addition to a second garage structure at S76 W12533
McShane Drive.
