APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
BRUCE - SW 114 SECTION 7
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted on
January 27, 1988 for Mike Bruce in the SW 114 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution I1P.C.
179-87, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission was requested to grant a
variance of 2.56 feet from the average width for parcel 1, a 2.44
foot variance from average width for parcel 2, and a 32.52 foot
variance from average width for parcels 3 and 4, and
WHEREAS, Approved on-site sewerage disposal systems were
conditioned upon receipt of the certified survey map and these
have been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the four parcel division in the SW 114 of Section 7 and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of $600.00 park
dedication fee and receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and approval of the city
engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant a
variance of 2.56 feet from the average width for parcel 1, a 2.44
foot variance from average width for parcel 2, and a 32.52 foot
variance from average width for parcels 3 and 4.
