RESOLUTION #P.C. 9-88
DUMRE - NE 1/4 SECTION 24
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted on
January 22, 1988 for Edwin Dumke in the NE 114 of Section 24, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution #P.C. 6-88,
and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 is 2.697 acres in area and abuts North
Cape Road with a 30' easement, and
WHEREAS, It appears that no further street extention is
possible nor any further division of land on this property is
possible.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $200.00 park dedication
fee and subject to all other fees required by Section 10 of the
land division ordinance and approval of the city engineers.
