PCR1988008RESOLUTION IIP. c . 8-88 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM FA TO R1 SE 114 SECTION 29 - DeBACK WEREAS, The City of Muskego has rezoned on its own motion this property to EA, and WHEREAS, It is now the owner’s desire to sell four acres for the purpose of residential development of a single family home, and WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted and a public hearing set to rezone this area from EA to R1, and WHEREAS, This lot conforms to the R1 zone district. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the proposed four acres in the SE 114 of Section 29 be rezoned from EA to R1 for residential development.
