DeBACK-SE 114 SECTION 29
RESOLUTION #P.c. 7-88
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted on
January 14, 1988 for Harold DeBack in the SE 114 of Section 29,
and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution #P.C.
192-87, and
WHEREAS, This property is currently zoned EA and a public
hearing for rezoning to R1 has been scheduled for February 9,
1988, and
WHEREAS, The rezoned property would conform to the R1 zone
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the one parcel division in the SE 114 of Section 29 and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of $200.00 park
dedication fee and receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and approval of the city
engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned
upon the rezoning of this parcel from EA to R1.
