RESOLUTION CP.~. 6-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide property into two parcels
by a certified survey map in the NE 114 of Section 24, and
WHEREAS, The property is currently zoned B4 which requires
a minimum 30,000 square feet per lot, and
WHEREAS, Each proposed parcel exceeds the zone district
size requirement, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 will have access to North Cape Road by a
30' ingresslegress easement located on Parcel 1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two parcel division in the NE 1/4 of Section 24 and will be
receptive to a certified survey map.
