APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT

LITTLE NORWAY - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 22 lots in the SW 1/4 of
the NE 114 of Section 17, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The final plat has been submitted to Racine County
Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, This final plat had been submitted and approved in
1979 as Oaks of Norway Addition #l.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
reapprove the preliminary plat for Little Norway Subdivision and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a 22 lot
subdivision in the SW 1/4, of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of
Norwa y .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
