RESOLUTION #P.C. 4-88
CHANGE IN USE - CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #61 S83 W20702 JANESVILLE ROAD - PASKY
WHEREAS, There has been a request for a subsequent change
or addition to conditional use grant 1/61 which permits auto
repair, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to sell automobiles, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.03 (2) G states that the Plan Commission
may require a public hearing if in the opinion of the Plan
Commission that such change or addition constitutes a substantial
alteration, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission under the standards set forth
in 5.01 (2) C and 6.03 (1) determines that a public hearing would
not be necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the change in use to permit the sale of automobiles under the
following conditions:
1) A maximum of six cars for sale at any one time
2) Hours of operation - 8:OOAM to 5:OOPM Monday through
Saturday with an option of one night to be open until 8:OO P.M.
3) A 25' X 72' area to be asphalted for the parking drive
for the cars
4) One light to be placed on a pole with light directed to
shine only on the property and shielded from the neighborhood and
street to be set to go off at 9:OO P.M.
5) One sign restricted to be placed on the building.
