DEBACK-SE 114 SECTION 29
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a four acre parcel from
an approximate 83 acre parcel in the SE 1/4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS, This property is currently zoned EA, and
WHEREAS, EA zoning only permits divisions of land over 35
acres in size, and
WHEREAS, The intent is to convev the four acres to a party
other than a family member who would derive his/her income from
farming or agricultural uses of the property, and
WHEREAS, The owner is proposing to petition for rezoning
subject to the Plan Commission approving the proposed division of
land.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch of the proposed land division and will be receptive to
a certified survey map subject to the rezoning being granted
which would permit a division less than 35 acres in size.
