PCR1987191APPROVAL OF EXTENTION OF TEMPORARY SIGN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 191-87
CHECKERS PIZZA-S76 W17969 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 164-87
approved a temporary sign for Checkers Pizza located at S76
W17969 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The temporary sign was permitted for a period of
60 days which expired on December 7, 1987, and
WHEREAS, The permanent sign has not been installed as yet
but should be put up within another two weeks, and
WHEREAS, The existing temporary sign is not located in
accordance with the plan submitted.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extention of the temporary sign to January 29, 1988
conditioned that the existing temporary sign be relocated in the
proper area.
