WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 42' X 75' equipment
storage building at W145 S6486 Tess Corners Drive for Ervin R.
Hummer, and
WHEREAS, This is a pole type structure approved by the
State for this use, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the Tess Corners
Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 42' X 75' equipment storage building at W145 S6486 Tess
Corners Drive for Ervin R. Hummer.
