APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGNS - HARDEES
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place two (2) 5' X 10' reader
board type temporary signs to be located at the entrances of the
Hardees Restaurant, and
WHEREAS, These temporary illuminated reader board signs
will be only necessary until the sign for the shopping center is
installed or for six months whichever is first.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two (2) temporary illuminated reader board type signs until
the shopping center sign is installed and not to extend over six
months.
