APPROVAL OF AMENDED SKETCH

WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide three lots from a parcel
of land that had been approved for a eight lot subdivision along
Wentland Drive in Resolution #P.C. 74-87, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to develop this land with a
certified survey map, and
WHEREAS, These lots are now sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended sketch as submitted and will be receptive to a
certified survey map for this three parcel division.
