ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF TWO FLAT WALL SIGNS
MARSHALL'S ANTIQUES-W125 S9853 NORTH CAPE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to erect two flat wall signs at
W125 59853 North Cape Road, one 2' X 16' flat wall sign on the
south wall and one 2' X 8' flat wall sign on the east wall of the
building, and
WHEREAS, The sign proposed for the south wall will exceed
the permitted 5% signage allowable because of an existing sign,
and
WHEREAS, The sign proposed for the east wall will also
exceed the permitted 5% signage allowable due to an existing
sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the 2' X 8' sign for the east wall and
the 2' X 16' sign for the south wall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is sublect to a
15 square foot variance being granted by the Board of Appeals for
the sign on the south wall and sub.ject to a 12 square foot
variance being granted by the Board of Appeals for the sign on
the east wall.
