ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
S79 W18122 TOWER DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a detached second
garage structure at S79 W18122 Tower Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed garage will conform to the offset and
setback requirements of this RS2 zone district, and
WHEREAS, The exterior finish of the garage will match the
house as close as possible.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the second garage structure for S79
W18122 as proposed in the letter dated December 8, 1987.
