APPROVAL/DfSAPPROVAL OF FILLING IN WETLANDS
FELLIN - S79 W18974 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to bring in fill for the purpose of
changing grade at S79 W18974 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, Section 8.17 (7) D of the municipal code requires
approval of the Plan Commission for the filling or draining of
wetlands, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to extend the fill into the
wetland.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
filling in the wetland at S79 W18974
