RESOLUTION #P.c. 180-87

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted a resolution
permitting an auto parts sales and repair shop not including the
storage of junks, wrecks and/or parts in Resolution #P.C. 162-87,
and
WHEREAS, The petitioner in the building, site and operation
plan submittal states that the use would be primarily for auto
electrical parts and service, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to expand the use to general
overhauling, tune-ups, and radiator service and possible break
and wheel alignments, and
WHEREAS, One of the conditions placed in Resolution #P.C.
162-87 required a $5,000 bond for paving and landscaping, and
WHEREAS, The paving was completed and the Plan Commission
waived the bond at their November 17, 1987 meeting.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expanded use to grant car repair service excludinp body work
and remove the condition of the $5,000 letter of credit.
