APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION
BRUCE-SV 114 SECTION 7
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four parcels of land from
a 30 acre plat in the SW 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned RCE requiring 120,000 square
foot lots with 250 foot average width, and
WHEREAS, Parcels 1 and 4 will have 30' extend to the public
road for access purposes and have an average width of 240 feet,
and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to create two lots ahutting Field
Drive with average widths of 210 feet, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary that the area be suitable for on-
site disposal systems.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the four parcel division in the SW 1/4 of Section 7 and grant a
variance of 40 feet from the average width for parcels 2 and 3
and a 10 foot variance for parcels 1 and 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned
on acquiring information that will assure that on-site sewerage
disposal systems will he approved and will be receptive to a
certified survey map
