HAMPE - SW 114 SECTION 9
RESOLUTION ~P.c. 177-87
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted on
November 19, 1987, for Helen Hampe in the SW 1/4 of Section 9,
and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution #P.C.
165-87, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map shows the 100 year flood
elevation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $200.00 park dedication
fee and subject to all other fees required by Section 10 of the
land division ordinance and approval of the city engineers.
