COUNTY PARK ADDITION FROM RS2fSW TO RS2fSWfOIP
WHEREAS, Land has been purchased by Waukesha County Park
and Plan Commission to add to the existing Muskego County Park
and,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had determined the feasibility
of the zoning change, and
WHEREAS, The 33 acres are primarily wetland, and
WHEREAS, The puhlic hearing has been held on November 24,
1987, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends to the Common Council that the 33 acres purchased by
Waukesha County Park and Plan Commission in the wetland district
be rezoned from RS2JSW to RSZISWJOIP.
