WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide at lot at W145 S6625 Tess
Corners Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, The lot conforms to this RS1 zone district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a land division at W145 S6625 Tess Corners Drive
and would be receptive to a certified survey map.
