RESOLUTION ~P.C. 173-87
WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop the Willow Pond planned
unit development in phases, and
WHEREAS, The first phase could use existing public
improvements without the necessity of constructing the road,
sewer and water mains, and
WHEREAS, The first phase will be approximately 113 of the
total pro,ject development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission agree to
permit construction of the first 1/3 of the Willow Pond planned
unit development as per the applicant's amended building, site
0 and operation plan.
