WHEREAS, It is proposed to change the use from a retail and
wholesale battery sale and minor electrical systems repair
operation to permit one semi-truck to be parked on the property,
and
WHEREAS, The ordinance only permits commercial equipment as
an accessory use, and
WHEREAS, This semi tractor will only be parked on the
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
