APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE MEINEN - w152 sa017 MYSTIC DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 54' X 27' second
garage structure, and
WHEREAS, The size of the garage is not permitted under the
zoning ordinance, and will require variances from the Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must architecturally approve
all second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the second garage structure for A1 Meinen
at W152 S8017 Mystic Drive sub,iect to the variances granted by
a the Board of Appeals.
