WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on September 30, 1987
for Woodcrest Heights, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat was approved in Resolution
#P.C. 116-87, and
WHEREAS, The objecting agencies have filed their reports.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to the concerns of the objecting agencies being resolved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent
upon the submittal and approval of the developer's agreement,
payment of park dedication fees, and sub.ject to receipt of all
other fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance.
