APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HAMPE - W181 S7802 VALLEY DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to create a two parcel division of
the property known as W181 57802 Valley Drive, and
WHEREAS, This property is in the RS3 zoning district which
requires 15,000 square feet in area width and 100' average width,
and
WHEREAS, These lots comply with the zoning, and
WHEREAS, An existing dwelling and garage is located on
parcel 2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch as submitted and will be receptive to a certified
survey map of the two parcel division.
