APPROVAL OF SIGN
CHECKERS PIZZA - S76 W17969 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an illuminated cabinet
type 3' X 15' wall sign for Checkers Pizza on an existing
building located at S76 W17969 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted the dimensions of the
building which would allow a 77.7 square foot sign in this R3
district, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
a 45 square foot illuminated cabinet type wall sign for Checkers
Pizza at 576 W17969 Janesville Road.
