WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October 9,
1987 to create 4 parcels from the property located between
Halverson Road, Linda Lane and Manor Drive in Section 2, Town of
Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Leonard E. Lewins Town of Waterford
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a four parcel
division of the property located between Halverson Road, Linda
Lane and Manor Drive in Section 2, Town of Waterford.
