RESOLUTION #P.C. 161-87
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October 7,
1987 to create two parcels from the property located at 7030
Idlewood Court in Section 12, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Gregory DeMent, Town of Waterford
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a two parcel
division of the property located at 7030 Idlewood Court in
Section 12, Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
