APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ARENDT, KIEFER, WHYTE
TOWN OF NORWAY

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October 5,
1987 to create three parcels located at the northwest corner of
USH "45" (Raynor Avenue) and Six Mile Road, Section 12, Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Arendt, Kiefer, Whyte,Town of Norway
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a three parcel
division at the northwest corner of USH "45" (Raynor Avenue) and
Six Mile Road, Section 12, Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
