PCR1987158RESOLUTION #P.C. 158-87 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RS2 TO B2 NE 114 SECTION 5 - BAUER WHEREAS, The City has received a petition from the Plan Commission to rezone the west 680' of the property known as W192 S6647 Hillendale Drive from RS2 to B2 for future commercial development in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and WHEREAS, The remainder of the property will remain in the RS2 zoned district, and WHEREAS, A petition for rezoning from RS2 to B2 has been submitted from the adjoining property owner to the north, and WHEREAS, This property is adjacent to a B2 zoned district to the south, and WHEREAS, The public hearing for rezoning will be held on October 27, 1987. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the zoning and recommend to the Common Council that the west 680' of the the property known as W192 S6647 Hillendale Drive be rezoned from RS2 to B2 for future commercial development.
