JERRY SMITH - JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 60' X 60' masonry
building at S67 W14732 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This building will replace a delapidated frame
constructed garage and will be used for the storage of trucks and
masonry equipment, and
WHEREAS, This building would be located in conformance with
the zoning ordinance regulations and greatly enhance the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for the 60' X 60' masonry
building located at S67 W14732 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is sub.ject to
the building, site and operation plans resubmitted with split
faced block on the front and west side of the building to be
reviewed upon completion by the Plan Commission to determine
whether the split faced block will be painted.
