RICHARDS MEATS - S63 W14323 COLLEGE AVENUE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 32.5 square foot
flat wall sign for Richards Meats on an existing building located
at 563 W14323 College Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The sign will consist of red, plastic letters
mounted individually to the building., and
WHEREAS, The square footage of the proposed sign does not
exceed the maximum square footage allowed in this 1-1 zone
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 32.5 square foot non-illuminated flat wall sign for Richards
Meats, S63 W14323 College Avenue.
