WHEREAS, It has been requested of the Common Council for /
legal lot status on lot 14, block 3 Bay Shore Estates, and
WHEREAS, This lot is zoned RS2, and
WHEREAS, The lot seeking legal lot status has an average
width of approximately 96.8', 88% of the required 110' and a lot
area of approximately 20,328 square feet 101.6% of the required
20,000'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
amrove legal lot status for lot 14, block 3
approve/disapprove
