WHEREAS, An agreement had been signed on September 2, 1986
to restore an area on the Lekfield farm following completion of
all clay removal not lat
WHEREAS, The City

s being requested to amend the agreement
November 1, 1988, and
oner has agreed to file with the City
proof that all bonds, etc. have been continued in effect for the
additional term.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council that the
approval/disapproval
agreement be extended for a term of one year ending November 1,
1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this recommendation is based
upon the conditions stated in the letter from Attorney Steimel
dated September 10, 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there will be no further
extentions of time for the removal of the clay and restoration of
this property.
