WHEREAS, It is proposed to create two parcels on the east
side of Bonnie Lane in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2,
Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for John and Jean Jensen, Town of
Waterford and recommends approval to the Common Council for a two
parcel division on the east side of Bonnie Lane in the NE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Waterford.
