WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
divide 45,667 square feet from 7.75 acres of land in the NE 1/4
of Section 25, and
WHEREAS, This parcel contains a 26' X 40' steel building
which was previously used as a welding shop, and
WHEREAS, This parcel is zoned 8-4, and
WHEREAS, A previous land division was made on this parcel
in Resolution f/P.C. 134-87.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for a 45,667 square foot division in the
NE 1/4 of Section 25 and recommends approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $200.00 park dedication
fee and subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
