APPROVAL OF SIGN
WHEREAS, It is proposed to erect a sign for L h M Auto
Service W125 S9738 North Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, The sign is 4' X 8' in size, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be lighted but not flashing, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be placed under the B-4 zoning and
conforms to the regulations of the B-4 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sign as proposed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign is of a temporary
nature and would be allowed for 60 days until a permanent sign is
put in.
