APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
RESOLUTION ~P.c. 147-87
CHECKERS PIZZA - S76 W17969 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to erect a temporary sign for
Checkers Pizza at S76 W17969 Janesville Road for 60 to 90 days,
and
WHEREAS, The sign is 4' X 8' in size, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be lighted but not flashing, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be placed under the B3 zoning and
conforms to the 83 zoning district, and
WHEREAS, There are two proposed locations for the sign, one
of which would fall within the visual setback area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the sign as proposed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the temporary sign may be
erected for 60 days.
