APPROVAL TO RELOCATE HOME ON LOT 11 FREEDOM ACRES bl
TONY RAYMOND
WHEREAS, It is proposed to move a disassembled dwelling and
place it on Lot 11 in Freedom Acres Addition #l, and
WHEREAS, Section 30.7 (8) of the municipal code requires
that the Plan Commission determine that the character of the
building would fit into the applicable district, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision has deed restrictions, and
WHEREAS, Approval of the architectural control committee is
necessary, and
WHEREAS, The deed restrictions specify that a tri-level
house must have 1,800 square feet with an attached garage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the dwelling proposed to be located on Lot 11 Freedom Acres #l
subject to architectural committee approval and the house meeting
the 1,800 square foot requirement.
