RESOLUTION #P.C. 144-87
APPROVAL OF SIGNS - HARDEES
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution AP.C. 140-87
approved the building, site h operation plan for Hardees, and
WHEREAS, The signage was not included in this resolution,
and
WHEREAS, Hardees is now petitioning to construct a 42.89
square foot free standing sign and two (2) 37.11 square foot flat
wall signs and other directional signs not needing Plan
Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 42.89 square foot free standing sign and the two (2) 37.11
square foot flat wall signs for Hardees.
