NE 114 SECTION 5 - MICHAELS
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 4.052 acres from
approximately 5.8 acres in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, There is no sewer available at this time, and
WHEREAS, The remaining 1.734 acre lot meets the RS2 zoning
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of land and would be receptive to a certified survey
map.
