RESOLUTION #P.C. 141-87
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat has been submitted for Golden
Country Estates in the SW 1 /4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, Reports from the objecting agencies have been
received, and
WHEREAS, There has been an objection to the plat by the
County and State Department of Transportation regarding the
extention of Koso Drive to the west.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat subject to working out the concerns of the
objecting agencies and recommend approval to Common Council.
