APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN
HARDEE ' S
WHERFAS, It is proposed to construct a 40' X 90' Hardee's
Restaurant on the newly created lot on the MacAdams property, and
WHEREAS, The operation plan has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The lighting plan will be coordinated with Pick h
Save Food Store's lighting, and
WHEREAS, The landscaping plan has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The free standing sign will be submitted at a
later date.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the landscaping be completed
within one year of date of occupancy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the surface drainage from this
area be approved by the Common Council.
