PELLMANN - SW 1/4 SECTION 10
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install sewers to the Ludwig
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to obtain an easement on the
Pellmann property in the SW 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, A 40' easement is necessary for sewer
construction, and
WHEREAS, A proposed road extention would be 60' and provide
access to the property to the west.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of the purchase of the 60' strip of land for
road reservation rather than a 40' easement and recommend
approval to the Common Council.
