APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JOHN h MARY LANG - NW 114 SECTION 15
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
combine two 45' wide lots as one parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section
15, and
WHEREAS, It would not be necessary to submit a certified
survey map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for John and Mary Lang to combine two
parcels of land as one parcel and recommend approval to the
Common Counci 1.
